Mozart, l’opéra rock est un spectacle musical français mis en scène par Olivier Dahan et produit par Dove Attia et Albert Cohen qui s’est joué du 22 septembre 2009 au 3 janvier 2010 au Palais des Sports de Paris avant de partir en tournée en France, Belgique et Suisse. Synopsis Le spectacle démarre au moment où le destin de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart bascule : Hieronymus von Colloredo-Mannsfeld succède au Prince-archevêque de Salzbourg. Le nouveau souverain est un homme austère et autoritaire qui est insensible à la musique de Mozart et allergique à la fougue et l’impertinence du personnage. Pour Mozart, la vie à Salzbourg devient vite intenable. Il a 20 ans quand il décide de quitter sa ville natale en compagnie de sa mère à la recherche d’un avenir meilleur dans une capitale européenne. Le périple du compositeur est jalonné d’échecs et de cruelles déceptions. Aucune cour européenne ne l’engage, il connaît sa première déception amoureuse avec Aloysia Weber et il perd sa mère à Paris, ville qui le rejette et l’humilie. I bought a copy of the sheet music for this piece then input the notes into Sibelius. A MIDI file was then exported from Sibelius and imported into Reason.
